2. Service Description
SetSemaine is a platform dedicated to promoting electronic music events in Nantes. It allows promoters and collectives (hereinafter "Collectors") to submit events which, after validation by our administrators, are publicly displayed.
3. Registration and User Account
To submit events, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and up-to-date information
- Be approved by a platform administrator
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Event Submission
By submitting an event on the Platform, you warrant that:
- You have the necessary rights to promote the event
- The information provided is accurate and truthful
- The event complies with applicable laws and regulations
- The submitted content does not violate any intellectual property rights
- The images and media used are royalty-free or you own the rights to them
5. Moderation and Validation
All submitted events are subject to validation by our administrators. We reserve the right to reject or remove any event that:
- Does not comply with these terms of use
- Contains false or misleading information
- Violates third-party rights
- Is inappropriate or does not match the platform's editorial line
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logo, trademark, design, texts) is protected by intellectual property rights. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it as part of our services.
7. Responsibilities
SetSemaine acts as a connecting platform. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of information provided by collectors
- The organization, cancellation, or modification of events
- Disputes between collectors and participants
- Damages resulting from the use of the platform
8. API Usage
Access to our API is reserved for the official mobile application. Any unauthorized use of the API is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these terms of use.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
